We provide a complete range of services in the Tri-State (NY,
NJ, CT) area including warehousing, delivery, installation,
relocation, reconfiguration, project management, space planning
and upholstery cleaning. Our experienced staff can handle
the intricate assembly of all modular cubical brands including
Knoll, Steelcase, Herman Miller, Haworth, AllSteel & HON.
At
BRS we are committed to providing
the highest quality service to our customers. Delivery, Installation
& Reconfigurations in house or at a new facility, new
or existing furniture takes a great amount of time and expense;
because of our experience & knowledge we realize what
is needed to execute a project large or small from start to
finish. Every customer has special needs that must be satisfied.
Many of these services are integral to maintaining total control
over scheduling, coordination and cost, we have earned the
reputation for providing our clients with the superior service
to get the job done.

furniture dealers and service companies throughout the US,
which gives us the ability to handle out of state work completely
and efficiently.
Warehousing and Storage
We currently occupy one seventy-five square feet of warehouse
space. The structure is fire-proof and centrally located in
Secaucus, New Jersey.

Upon the receipt of product we take
the following measures:
- Inspect, noting condition, color, style and manufacturer
name, if possible.
- Tag with client ID (if required) and with our system for
tagging
- Add to current client inventory or create a computer inventory
to client's specs (within reason) or use client-generated
database on our system.
- We will also photograph your inventory for easy recall.
- We do a complete "prep for delivery" when we
deliver new or existing product - minor repairs and "make
ready" is provided as part of the warehouse service
menu, most minor problems are corrected at no charge.
- We have a dedicated modem line that enables our clients
to have us online with their specific inventory control
programs.
- Inventory reports are provided monthly unless activity
is heavy then we would provide weekly reports until activity
subsides.
- We will receive new product and handle all freight claims
and repairs etc.
- We will pack and ship to any destination via the most
expedient and cost effective routes.
- Our warehouse is open to client inspection at any time
- an appointment to view product is not necessary, but advance
notice is preferred.
Delivery Standards
BRS provides professional delivery
and installation services for systems furniture and case goods.
BRS has a modern fleet of 24 foot
trucks with lift gates and 4 tractor trailers with height
specifications for effortless entry to most loading areas.

transferring to off-site storage. Retrieval of your cartons
is even easier then you imagine. You can fax, call or e-mail
your order. Our format allows you to detail the carton number(s),
description, date of pickup (or delivery) and the recipient.
